Chris Young Surprises With Brad Paisley at Nashville Show

September 23, 2018

Tennessee native Chris Young lived a personal dream come true when he made his debut headlining his hometown digs—Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Saturday night. And while the singer was undeniably pumped up for the entire sold-out show, things rose to a fevered pitch when he was joined on stage by none other than Brad Paisley.

The pair teamed up for a spirited duet of Paisley's 2007 hit, "I'm Still a Guy," and their trading off of the comedic verses clearly delighted the audience.

Thanks for having me out tonight @chrisyoungmusic.

Paisley took to social media to express his happiness at being part of his friend's special night headlining the arena: "That feller right there’s one of the finest people to ever make music in Nashville," he observed. "And he knocked it out of the park tonight! I’m so proud to be your friend and thanks for letting me be a part of it."
