Johnny Cash Is Getting His Own Kitchen And Saloon

February 8, 2019

It seems like everyone is opening their own bar or kitchen in Nasvhille. You have Blake Shelton's Ole Red, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan's 32 Bridge Food + Drink, and so many more! The latest artist to get their own bar and kitchen is the man in black, Mr. Johnny Cash!

According to The Tennessean, the two-story building that is going to be Johnny Cash's Kitchen and Saloon, was suppose to be the site of Merle Haggard Museum and Merle's Meat + Three Saloon. The first floor of Johnny Cash's Kitchen and Saloon is where they will serve southern comfort food cafeteria-style. Bill Miller told The Tennessean, "We will have recipes from Johnny and June's handwritten recipes."  The second floor of the building will be decorated to look like the home of Johnny Cash and June Carter. For those looking for live music and a cold drink, there will be stages and a bar on each of the floors.

Johnny Cash's Kitchen and Saloon is set to open this spring.
